Miss Laura Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Turns & Leaps, Strength & Stretch, Acrobats, Tiny Tots
Laura Pritchard has been fascinated with the dance world her entire life. Her sisters were already taking dance lessons when she was born, so by the time she turned 3 she was more than ready for her first lesson. She continued dancing and competing throughout high school and even when away at college in Chicago. After being a helper, then teacher’s assistant for years, she started teaching summer lessons in high school and also became captain & choreographer for her high school dance team. It was during this time that she realized that choreographing and teaching dance was her passion. After college graduation, she immediately moved back home to be closer to her family and she was thrilled to be asked back to her childhood studio to teach recreational and competition classes. After teaching full-time for 6 years, proudly watching her students grow to win several awards at the regional and national level, and continuing her own dance education, she realized she was ready to fulfill her dream…..she decided to open her own studio. She is incredibly thankful to everyone who helped her get started and is loving every minute of owning a dance studio. She continues her own dance training regularly by taking class both locally and at conventions around the country. She attends teaching seminars every year and has trained with Denise Wall, Ray Leeper, Stacey Tookey, Anthony Morigerato and many more veteran dance teachers/choreographers! Miss Laura is thrilled to be on this journey with her husband, and loves sharing her passion for dance with every student who walks through the door! Getting to know the students and their families, and watching the students grow to love dance is truly rewarding.
